About me
At 15, I sat in my tenth-grade careers class, filling out a survey intended to guide students toward their ideal career path based on their personality type, skills and interests. I didn’t have high expectations for the results, as it was just another mundane class exercise after all. When I completed the survey, it pointed me towards a career in Game Design. I’d somehow become obsessed with several games throughout my entire life without realizing talented people were making these games that I held so dearly, and their creation wasn’t just the work of some mysterious magical force. From that moment on, I knew the path I wanted to pursue. In the following months, I eagerly developed documents for (often overly ambitious) game concepts and began experimenting in Unity, crafting basic, yet personally rewarding projects. Over the next two years, I took Computer Science courses at my high school, building a foundation in programming to become a more capable Game Designer.
In 2020, I was accepted into Ontario Tech University’s Game Development program, where I met other students equally passionate about game development. In our first semester, four fellow students and I founded Revision Interactive. Together, we created two highly awarded games, Resonance (‘Best Game Design’ at Ontario Tech GameCon 2022) and THE OUTREACH (‘Guest’s Choice’ from Ubisoft developers at Ontario Tech GameCon 2024), and collaborated with Atkins Realis/CANDU Energy in our final year of University to develop a VR Nuclear Control Room Simulator. After graduating in April 2024, our team continued working on our most ambitious project, THE OUTREACH, recently releasing a demo during Steam Next Fest to a very positive reception. We’re now finalizing preparation for the game’s full release, scheduled for Q1 2025.
